We believe your clothing should be a mirror, not a mask. If your Kankha piece does not perfectly align with your style or process, we are committed to making it right.

The 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Condition of the Garment: To be eligible for a return, your piece must remain in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Because these garments serve as physical anchors, we cannot accept items that show signs of wear, hold fragrances, or have been altered.

Seamless Exchanges: If you need a different size to achieve your perfect retail fit, we will gladly process an exchange. Simply reach out to our support team to initiate the swap.

Quality Guarantee: Your growth deserves the highest quality canvas. If your item arrives with a printing defect or a manufacturing flaw, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will expedite a perfect replacement to you at no additional cost.

Please note that a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount. Exchanges for a different size are always free of return shipping charges.
